HELP!:Strange "Frozen" State At 99% Scan

I need some help. I'm having a very very odd problem with my Security Suite. Whenever I go to scan, everything seems fine. The only odd thing is that it ALWAYS starts at 19%. I figure thats normal? The problem exists when the scanner reaches 99%. The system will enter a very strange frozen state. I am running Vista x64 Ultimate. The strange frozen state can be best described as that I cam still move my mouse and the virus scanner window is functional. The computer will also freeze if I let the background scanner run over night. I can provide any further info if needed, just let me know.

You might want to try installing ESET Smart Security v4.0 public beta 1. It displays more information about what is being scanned, which might help you locate the cause of the freeze.
