I am using nod32 2.5 [the new released one], whenever I right mouse button click to choose a file to scan, the following picture pop-up.

I choose cancel, and nod32 scanner appear and scan the file correctly, how to make above picture dissapear? Everytime I right mouse button click to scan a file, above pop up appear.

    thanks

    Hi Alice121,
    Welcome to Wilders
What happend if you let the ofice 2000 procedure run its course and finish without clicking cancel - probably includes providing it with the CD at some point? Does it come back again after that?

A hidden requirement from Eset, one should have Office installed on account of NOD having to use some office related file to perform a context menu scan?

I came across this yesterday when setting up machines for a scheduled scan with Nod32 v2.5. When the scheduled scan runs and it finds missing components of Microsoft Outlook, up pops the Office Installer. You will need to place in your Microsoft Office disk and fully install Outlook. This resolves the issue.

    Cheers :D
