    Hi,

Close all windows except Hijack this!, then tick the boxes next to these items

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Microsoft Update] wuamgrd.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Microsoft Update] wuamgrd.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft Update] wuamgrd.exe

Choose fix selected, then reboot. Email wuamgrd.exe to submit@diamondcs.com.au then delete it

This one is very interesting, seems like the IRC trojan

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [rn4d] C:\WINDOWS\System32\f0r0r\kolder.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\f0r0r\dirote.exe

Select that item too, and choose fix selected. To get a better idea of what this is, please zip the entire folder named f0r0r and email it to me also, same address. I'll let you know what to do next

Is it just because "System" folders are not being shown ? it could be because of a rootkit style trojan :(

You might be able to see it in Safe Mode.. try that first. Once you zip the entire folder up (zip it with a password please), delete it
