[Help] Problem with Privacy.io.

    [Help] Problem with VPN (Privacy.io).

    I m using privacy.io VPN, my ISP bandwidth is 60KB/s but while using VPN i get, not more than 30KB/s (IDM or torrent, doesn't matter) but in "bandwidth meter pro" it shows 120KB/s. what is reason behind this? and is this problem common to other VPNs?
