Help Please

    I have a licensed copy of Nod32 on my laptop and am on the road now. For some reason I can not download signature updates either automatically or manual. All of my other programs can do updates on-line. Is there anywhere on the Eset site where I can download the latest sig file? I did look and can't seem to find anything.

    I also uninstalled an reinstalled the lastest Nod32 and it won't go onlne to get updates either. All of my firewall settings are as they have been.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Not that I know of. You will have to make contact with the update servers.

    Strange. What do you have in the Update --> Setup portion of the NOD32 Control Center? Look in both the "Server" field (usually says <Choose automatically>) and in the "Advanced..." section (play around with the connection settings in there).

    I agree with alglove.

    Also it could not hurt to check your firewall settings again. ;)
