Help Please

    Is it possible to configure Spyware blaster to block a particular threat !!
    I am getting a very nasty Malware worm regularly into my computer.It is named by my firewall as :blastclnnn.exe even if you not allow it still gets in.
    I can detect using Spybot S & D and remove but I would like to block this coming in !!
    Can anyone please offer any advice.Thanks Jeffrey
