HELP!!! needed for retrieving online storage in Norton 360

    I am so frustrated! The computer gods do not love me. In the last 2 weeks I have lost both my PC and laptop harddrives - and all my data. I remembered that I had backed up my data to online storage available in Norton 360 - but I have been totally unable to retrieve it, despite HOURS and multiple conversations with Symantec techs. Can anyone offer some insights?

    Not having familiarity with 360, perhap's you would answer a few question's, in detail please.

    Is your subscription current (not sure if this matter's)?

    *How* are you attempting to retrieve this storage (and was the location default)?

    Has your *type* of internet connection changed since first creating the account (which is dial-up or high speed)?
