help me!!!

I have used spybot S&D. The problems with system are: When trying to start spyware blaster, the system shows me error: This program has been damaged, possibly by a bad sector of the hard drive or a virus. Please reinstall it. I did everything excatly as you told me to. What is the solution?

Before you start, please unzip hijackthis to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
These will end up on your desktop.

Download and run: http://www.spywareinfoforum.com/~merijn/files/CWShredder.exe
Use the Fix button and follow the instructions you will receive.

Then reboot and delete:
C:\WINDOWS\wrunopgf.exe
C:\documents and settings\administrator\local settings\temp\PounY.exe

The Local Settings folder is hidden by default.
To "unhide" hidden files and folders:
Launch My Computer from the Desktop Icon.
Select View, Details.
Select the Folders button.
Select Tools, Folder Options. Then select the View Tab. Select the Show hidden files and folders radio button is selected
and that the Hide file extensions for known file types check box is unchecked. Once this is done, select Apply and then
Like Current Folder (located near the top of the Folder Options box). Then select OK.

Before doing all this things I would like to ask you something -> Is this safe for all files on my computer (is it possible that some programs won't work after doing it)?
