While on and off trialing Windows10 on 64bit Thinkpad T430s, I bumped into this today

I have no idea what it is, what it is for, or what am I to do.

You could run Lenovo System Update or Companion, to see if there are updates available for your computer.

I've downloaded the driver, thank you Ronjor.
Robin, Microsoft pushed Lenovo companion, and I haven't touched it, 'cause I'm trying to avoid adding anything that I'll later regret (on Win7 their system updater is a pain of unneeded lists). Don't laugh, I know I'm not skilled. But this might be chance to learn a bit.

Anyway, the image I posted says ACPI..., yet this driver is for the "HID Hardware radio switch" and uninstaller talks about HID mini driver for the switch. The switch is working great, so do I really have to risk installing a driver? Or should I let that Lenovo companion do it?

Finally, as I read about Windows 10 updates, I see many references about M$ pushing drivers. So do they? Don't they? This is so confusing.

That's up to you. Personally, if it's working, why fix it?

    They update drivers as needed.

@act8192 Most likely the Lenovo companion software won't be able to update the driver. You can download the required driver here.

Microsoft does do automatic driver updates in Windows 10. However, Microsoft doesn't have drivers for all devices, which is why this driver did not get installed.

Thank you all, I really appreciate it.
roger_m - that's what Ronjor listed and where I downloaded. Great to see agreement here :)
Now I understand about what M$ does or not, thanks.

I googled that Lenovo Companion. I want no part of it. It's more of busy bloatware than System Update on Win7 which is stuffed with pointless things, like the partition they made and then claimed it's too small for their recovery stuff. Or telling me the battery state. Yikes.

Anyway, I will not install this driver. It's saved just in case the switch fails or something like that.
