Help Me out.

    My Panda Internet Security is keeping Boclean from cleaning an infected file.The culprit is there True Prevent technology. They have what is called" Enable genetic heuristic scan for files". With it set to max,the problem occurs.If I set it to med,it works fine. Panda even says that max is recommended,but may label legit programs as a virus. Would I be ok by leaving it on medium? Thanks

    I would set it to "medium". BOClean will take care of malware from there.

    That last name looks familiar........Know a Kevin?? from Nsclean. He is who I was in contact with concerning this problem. As for the problem, I will leave it at medium if that will be ok.
