    On an older system that could make a difference.

    Still,the beta 2.0 is way lighter than the current release version.

    Glad to hear that AVG AS runs well on your system.:thumb:

    I could buy counterspy 2.0 already? If so where? Anyways do you think trend micro antispyware is better? It's probably lighter than counterspy I assume. o_O

    CounterSpy 2.0 is still in beta and not yet released. When you purchase CounterSpy, you are not buying a particular version, but you are buying a period of subscription, which is one year. Within your subscription, you can upgrade to whatever new version released.

    If you buy now, you can use the license key to install 1.5.82 which is the latest released version. When 2.0 final is released, you can use the same license key to install 2.0.

    If you don't like 1.0 and want 2.0 instead, you can purchase after 2.0 is released.
