help me i can't uninstall acdsee pro 2.5

Hi
i bought acdsee pro 2
and i updated it regularly every update available
now these updates are not available ( i mean the old) , there are cumulative update


well i can't uninstall acdsee pro 2
the problem that the uninstaller can 't find the ACDSee Pro 2.5.msi
i did a search and i found the files
i have ACDSee Pro 2.msi @ C:\Documents and Settings\my name\local setting\data application\Downloaded Installations\{05649068-F4B1-4FDF-AAC4-2E6813EDFD5C

ACDSee Pro 2.5.msi (37.831.680 byte)
C:\Documents and Settings\my name\local setting\data application\Downloaded Installations\{A4B4B729-93E5-428F-8543-4986CBD0A098}

ACDSee Pro 2.5.msi (38.235.648 byte)

the uninstaller did not find the ACDSee Pro 2.5.msi i tried to set the location in the uninsaller but nothing
i can't get rid of it

the acdsee support is the worse i have seen

i tried revouninstaller nothing

did you try to re-install..reboot and give it a go again??
I have used ACDSee Pro for quite awhile and have never had
a problem

 

yes i can not to re-install
because it tries to find the old *.msi i installed

 

Stapp it does work
i mean i run the microsoft installer cleane up , delete the acdsee pro 2.5
and re-install it and it works
but if i try to uninstall ,it works too , but the uninstaller leave some acdsee folder and regkey

what does the microsoft installer clean up do exactly, precisely ?

because i noticed it doesn't delete regkey or files
so i did not understand what does it do exactly?

is there a program that uninstall the more common programs?
i mean with a database about the install changes about a installed program

about acdsee pro 2.5 i could not find a log , to know wich files to delete
