It is hard to believe, but the attempt to get the software installed becomes a nightmare. After 2 attempts to contact Acronis-Germany via "my account" remained without any reaction for a week and 1 attempt here in the forum I made a new approach to the problem today. But still cannot install the main product - TI workstation. Started to read the help-files and installation-files again, but cannot see that I deviated from the described path. My system: windows2000, SP 4 with net 1.1. and 2.0 installed, ZA 6.5 pro Installed the Licenese Server management Console first. Selected the option to add licence to a local system. During my first approach to install I put the serial number manually. Today I tried to way with a textfile. In both cases I got the message: Licence successfull registered. After this I returned to the main installation screen (because I see no hint, that I could proceed from within LicencesServerManagementConsole). The TI installation stops after the search for the server. The installer cannot find the server automatically (and I have no idea what to write in the "manuall" input field). Got the message "Before you can install a licensed programm it is necessary to install the license server and import a license number" (exactly what I did in the first step). Cancel or register for a demo license". At this point I canceled as I don't want a demo license installed but the full product. In the ZA programm setting I set all entries connected with TI to "super" (under "userdefined" settings) and "allow" for access to the secure zone. So what can I do to bring the installation to an successful end ?
