Help--Inor.s

4 times in the past 3 days I have gotten this "thing" called Dropper.Inor.s. I cannot seem to find any information about it. I have AVG, SpywareGuard, Spyware Blaster, and ZoneAlarm--all fully updated--and I am still getting this thing. AVG has healed it each time. I have posted my HijackThis log--it looks normal, but an expert evaluation would be appreciated.

If anyone knows what it is, please let me know!
