HELP! i have a backdoor trojan virus i can not remove!

    AVG alerts me that i have a back door trojan virus in my system volume information_restore file, but having tried countless things to remove it i cant! am i just being blonde? please help me :'(

    You need to turn off system restore. See this

    THANK YOU! i have done that, and turned off and back on system restore, hopfully it will have gone thanks :)

    Just don't forget to reboot the computer with restore turned off. the turn it back on after reboot.
