    Help! I don't know where to start

    I know I have some spyware or hijacking stuff in my computer but I don't know where to even start to get help on this forum. Could someone tell me how to get the list of stuff running so I can post it (and how to post it) so I can get some help. It's eating up my ram and my computer is slow.

    I see you have Spyware S&D already. Did you download CWShedder already and use? If not, do so:

    CWShredder Click on update, then close all browsers, and then click on Fix, not scan.

    What do you use as your homepage? Or better question, what would you like your homepage to be?

    Run Hijackthis again with all windows closed and check this item and click on Fix: (This is a resource hog and will only delete the link)

    Working with 2 computers.

    I am trying to fix 2 computers. They are different logs. Thnaks for leaving this open.
