    Hey Guys Im New To This Site And I Just Scanned My Comp A Few Days Ago And It Seems My Sister D/led A Trojan Horse Prorat.backdoor....And Now My Comp Is Seriously Infected How Do I Remove ito_O??I use AVG virus Scanner Here Is What It Found In My Comp

    Avg Only Removes Some Files....I Was Wondering How To Remove Them All And Totally Wipe It Out Of My Comp....Do I Have 2 Buy A New Hard Drive?

    These Were All Infected Files....It Deleted Most of Them....I Restarted My Comp Cause it Told Me To Do So.......Then i Scanned Again...And They All Were Infected Again;(....Any help I Would Apreciate It Thanks Guys

    Welcome.

    If I saw that screen on my computer, this I what I would do.

    Turn off system restore.

    Delete temporary internet files in IE.

    If using Sun java go to control panel, java, empty cache and set to zero

    Restart your computer and scan again.

    Turn on system restore when through.

    Also delete any zip files marked as infected.

    Hey After Doing What Ron Said This Is What Is Left Of The Virus.....

    AVG Cant Heal The Files That Are Shown To Be Infected For Some Reason It Says AVg Cant heal Them....Or AVG Gets An Error Trying To Heal Them Any Help I Would Apreciate It THANKS!!!!!!!
