Help for a possible virus please!!!!

Hi guys I'm kind of new here maybe you can help me with this log of hijackthis

Watch out for the word marked with red.

When I start my computer always shows a folder with a copy of this executable (scvhost.exe, not the one of windows scvhost.exe).

I think that came from a flash drive. Other thing is that no matter if I try to show hidden folders and files,cause it doesn't make any changes. And other thing is that if I try to delete from windows registry the keys related to that, when I rebbot are restored.

Besides,when a flash drive is plugged that slows down my computer a lot.
I don't know if this is a virus,maybe someone can help me with that.

It seems you do not have NOD32 installed but Symantec so you posted your query to a wrong thread. Anyway, please submit the file C:\Windows\System32\Microsoft\Protect\S-1-5-18\User\scvhost.exe to Virus Total to see if it's actually detected by NOD32.
