HELP- ASAP

one of my PC's has stopped booting, it locks up on the first bios page telling you your CPU etc.

it wont boot from cd, it just locks at this page.

how can i get past it, or force it too boot from cd?

or, anything else... help.
cant enter safe mode, cant change boot order, cant enter bios.

it just locks up on first screen,


just changed HD, and the same problem ... locks up on that first screen.

i unplugged the BELKIN wireless adapter, with blank HD it booted to XP install screen from CD, going to put my other HD back in without the belkin plugged in and see if that was conflicting,

i can see me fixing this issue and deleting this thread before anyone replies *lol*

belkin wireless adapter,

the drivers windows vista gives it, will lock up your machine at bios.

unplug, and it will boot to vista.

then use the belkin CD to update the driver.

reboot, and fixed.
