Help: Access Violation

I'm using spyware blaster 4.1, Zone Alarm firewall and AVG Antivirus. I leave them autoupdate except SB. My WIndows XP is SP3 and fully updated. Recently, i cant open my SB as it show me an error message of:

Error: Access Violation at 0x73483F5A (tried to read from 0x00000014), Program terminated.

I tried download from another link but the problem persist. I search the internet and i i cant find any useful tips for it. I never use Spybot before.
