Heads Up- Norton UAC Tool when upgrading to W7

I upgraded my laptop from Vista to Windows 7 today but ran into some problems when trying to install Windows Updates or any software, for that matter. I always was met with some error message for Windows Updates or a "digital signature unable to be verified" type message for any software (even software I knew had a valid digital signature). It took me a while of internet surfing but I finally found out that not removing Norton UAC Tool in Vista before upgrading to Windows 7 was the entire problem. I realize now I should have uninstalled the Norton product anyway since it is not of any use in W7, but it totally slipped my mind. The Norton tool has to be uninstalled via safe mode in the add/remove programs list. Anyway, just a heads up.
