    Hi guys,

I'm new to desktop computing so I'm sorry if this is a newbie question.

I've connected my new PC to my HDTV using an HDMI cable and I've noticed if I change the display zoom that my desktop shortcuts can't be moved right down to the Task Bar. I don't have this issue @ 100%, only when it's set to 125%, but I haven't tried any higher setting - 125% would be good.

What am I missing? Or this just a quirk of Windows?

    Screen is 1080P.
    AMD Radeon R5 330.
    Windows 10 x64.

I never had this issue with my laptop because it just automatically zoomed and looked good.

    Thanks.

PS: Speccy thinks the GPU is at 511°C

I just found that my clock and cpu/ram gadgets don't work after a restart @ 125% either.

Guess I'll have to squint. At least my browsers are zoomed.

Installing the latest 8GadgetPack seems to have solved the gadgets not being visible after a restart.

For some reason I can move one desktop shortcut down to the bottom left of screen but I can't move any next to it. That's OK, I've moved them elsewhere.

My screen is zoomed 125% and much less squinting now. :geek:
