Running Paragon Hard Disk Manager, version 10.1.21.471 on Windows 7 Pro. When creating a backup the archive does not show up in the archive database. I have used Paragon Backup & Recovery programs in the past without this issue. Has something changed or is this a bug. If it's a bug, let's fix it!
If you have previously used Hard Disk Manager 12 or older, please delete all found instances of "archive_db" folder with "arcdir" file inside as well as "arcdir" file within \program subfolder inside Hard Disl Manager 14 installation folder, then start pogram in Full Scale Launcher mode and add required archives to database. Also if you create new archive using "Run now" option for scheduled task or script please press F5 after task completion to refresh database. And please check that you use appropriate filter in database ("Show archives" for PBF or "Show VD Containers" for new backup format.
