HDM 12 Suite - Fails on Restore Backup

It's quite amazing that Paragon want money to support products that do not work!

Anyway I need to restore from a two disk images (blu ray) taken from a HDD which has since died. I created all the disks including the media rescue disk. When using the restore it does Disk1 perfectly, it then asks for Disk2, unpacks the first file ending in .02F and then asks for Disk2 to be inserted.
It does give an option to manually select the file so I clicked this option and it is asking for the archive ending in .33C there is no .33C my archives do not go that high .062 is the last one and the next one it has to read is .030

Anyone else had similar problems or know how to get it to restore. This would seem to be a significant Bug and I can not beleive it is the first time it has been reported, but there seems to be no solution or problem in their knowlage base.

You might be the first one to have the issue.

Optical drives are not entirely reliable as backup media.
