Having issues with Recovery CD

Hi Everyone,
I seem to be having an issue with the Recovery CD. It will boot, ask me to accept the agreement and then the System Backup / Restore and Manage Snapshots screen appears. From there, I cannot go anywhere. The screen tells me that there are no snapshots available. I believe the snapshots are stored on the External USB drive. I am not sure where the program is looking for the snapshots.There are no options to change to another location.
I am trying to restore from a USB drive to a new hard drive (old one is dead). So far, I am confused.

There appears to be a bug - I get the same thing.

You can use the Linux based recovery cd , or if you are not able to access the SB Program to run off the Linux cd, any of the recovery cd's that come with the free apps. Backup and Recovery 10 Free for example will do the job.

 

New version disk works fine I think. Newer issue. Will create new thread.
