Haven't Recieved conformation mail for the payment?

    Hi,

    I just purchased the ESET online security 5 from your website and I haven't received any mail from you although my bank statements shows the transaction went through. I'm trying to mail your support office but that doesn't seem to work either.Kindly get back to me asap!!!!

    i think it could take 24 hours to receive ID and PW

    did you check in spam mail or...... according to your mail setting...

    My experience is that one get's the email right away. Did you check in your spam folder?

    yes, purchased yesterday and it was there a few seconds later

    Purbaparry, it's been nearly a week but I haven't seen any update to your situation. Were you able to locate or receive the information you were looking for?
