Have trouble auto updating... please help!

I have been using NOD32 for about 3 weeks and I noticed that it has trouble updating itself. I've set it to auto update every hour and "chooses server automatically", but it turned out to be error most of the time. I've to update it myself to keep it updated, and most of the time I have to click "update now" several times before it'd start downloading updates...

note: The definition file for nod32 on my pc on aug 19 is still the one last updated on aug 13 before I did the "update now" myself on that day...

That's probably caused by Cisco routers.

 

I am using D-Link AirPlus Xtreme G+ Wireless Router DI-624+, but I have no problem updating for other antivirus softwares such as TrendMicro Internet Security 2005, CA's EZ Antivirus 2005, Avast! 4.6, and McAfee VirusScan 8.0.

Here are some info on my PC:
OS: Windows XP Home Ed. SP2 with Windows Firewall (turned on)
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 Processor 530
Memory: 512MB DDR2-400 SDRAM

So, what can I do if it's really caused by the router? But I have no problem at all updating NOD32 at my office, which is behind a Cisco Router...

I assume your ISP is using Cisco routers. We are in touch with their support and awaiting some logs from them.
