Have MAJOR potential problem. Powershadow and FDISR

I did the impossible. I think I broke through powershadow by installing HP backup and recovery manager while fully shadowed yet upon reboot it said it (the new hp software)loaded successfully with a popup YIKES!!! This HP software is designed to make a hidden partition to keep a backup copy of your software. How in the heck did it break through powershadow? I did this in a secondary snapshot which I suppose I could rewrite over with the primary snapshot however, I'm wondering if that will erase the supposed new hidden partition?
