Here's an open question to the Webroot support staff:

Has WSA development/improvment slowed down? o_O A few months ago Webroot was releasing updated SecureAnywhere versions at least three times a month; now new updates seem to be coming every 3 or 4 weeks.

I'm hoping the reason(s) that we are seeing less product updates is because the product has "stabilized" and now you are just working on some odss and ends. I am definitely NOT hoping we are seeing fewer updates is because the WSA support and/or development teams have had major staff reductions, or worse, have been disolved.

I am still VERY happy with WSA Essentials and have recently installed in on several client machines with complete confidence that it will work as well for others as it has for me. :thumb: I'm just trying to understand the product support structure a little better. :)

Not at all - the next update due out shortly has 100+ major changes. We've slowed down the frequency of updates as WSA is stable and we're focused on larger changes in the background.

Expect to see some significant improvements in the next couple weeks :)

First of all, PrevxHelp, thanks for the quick response; it is noticed and appreciated! :thumb:

I am very pleased to hear that both WSA development and improvements are still underway.

The staff is busy preparing and competing in the Olympics while fighting forest fires.

Is this beta tested at the moment?

If so I may switch to my beta license. I have 151 days left on my normal licence. could that be added to the beta license please?
