    Take out the new partition and create another one try using

    Partiton magic.

    then see if you can view it. Or try boot partiton for creating onto drive. Also make sure the file system is Fat32 and not ntfs else you cannot view one from the other.

    Hello abaart,

    Thank you for your interest in Acronis Partition and Disk Managing Software.

    Could you please check the disk for errors?

    - Go to the Command Prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd)
    - Enter the command: "chkdsk DISK: /r"
    where DISK is the partition letter you need to check. Please note, that
    checking the C: drive may require you to reboot the machine.

    After that please make a screen shot of the Disk Management tool main window. You can run it from Start->Settings->Control panel->Administrative tools->Computer Management->Disk Management.

    Please also create Acronis Report in the way described below:

    - Download and run Acronis Report Utility;
    - Select the "Create Bootable Floppy" option;
    - Insert a blank floppy disk in the A: drive and proceed with creation of the bootable floppy;
    - Boot the computer from this diskette and wait for report creation process to finish;
    - Collect the report file from the floppy.

    Please submit a request for technical support. Attach the collected files to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
