B&R Suite has all backup options but older version.

HDM 2011 is newer and has all backup options too. It also includes advanced partitioning, copy & virtualization options. It is the most complete product.
In comparison with B&R it will be like this:
HDM2011=B&R Suite + Partition Manager + Go Virtual.

If you go to the full list of features, HDM 2011 shows:

Only the pro version f HDM 2011 has P2V Copy, P2V Restore, P2V Adjust OS :(. I wanted to know too before buying the difference between these two products. The product pages do not make it easy to compare. Frankly $100 for the full features of pro is too expensive and I will be looking elsewhere I believe.
