    I think he means gets the new release out before everyone else (even Mozilla apparently).

    Cyberfox Update Manager

    Fixed: Fixed issue with Cyberfox needing to be installed to program files for updater to work correctly.
    Fixed: Improved update manager start up times.
    Fixed: Fully refactored Cyberfox update managers code to improve functionality.
    New: Cyberfox update manager now uses SHA512 instead of SHA1 for improved security.
    New: Added better multi-core support Cyberfox update manager is now asynchronously programed.
    New: GUI (Graphical User Interface) update manager has had UI style changes.
    New: Updated Cyberfox update manager to .net framework 4.5 for better windows 8 support.
    Known Issue: Cyberfox update manager is .net framework 4.5 dependent.
    Known Issue: New installer with registry changes is required for updater to work.

    GetHash SHA Tool

    New: GetHash now computes SHA512 sums, SHA1 has been depreciated.
    New: GUI (Graphical User Interface) GetHash has had UI style changes.
    New: Added better multi-core support GetHash is now asynchronously programed.
    New: Updated GetHash to .net framework 4.5 for better windows 8 support.
    Known Issue: GetHash is .net framework 4.5 dependent. (Fatal Errors if .net 4.5 not installed)

    Yes releasing a v23 before Mozilla goes "final" would be miraculous :cautious:

    The new Cyberfox Update is .NET 4.5 dependent for it to work correctly!

    Thought if you don't have the required .NET framework installed you aren't missing much! :isay:

    Man, some of you are acting like real jerks and your comments aren't at all funny. Considering SeaMonkey and Waterfox updated versions often run weeks behind Ff releases and the fact that this one man Cf show is never late but usually early, it is quite an accomplishment. Though the only ones describing it as miraculous are you poor comedians!

    Mozilla Firefox 23.0 RC was also just released so I presume the Cyberfox guy is going off that... maybe whatever is still under testing in the Firefox RC version isn't an issue in Cyberfox (i.e. maybe it's just 32-bit issues) so he can go ahead and release his version early, but I dunno... For now I'll just assume Firefox 23 Final will come out tommorrow or the day after and this guy is just ahead of the curve...

    Doesn't the final version of Firefox show up in mirrors (MajorGeeks, etc.) and the FTP site days before the official download site?

    As for how Cyberfox gets out earlier, he probably used this RC believing there won't be any more changes in the final.
