GUI password reset mail

Hi all,
Some of you may have encountered an issue where you used the link on the administration page to reset your GUI passwords following a forgotten password. The way the link is supposed to work includes an e-mail for the authorized user (licensee) to get a special e-mail with the means for forcing a reset to the e-mail account address associated with the customer's product registration.

For a period of time, this feature was not working the way it was designed due to a minor change in the console that had the unfortunate consequence of causing this issue. Our server team has fixed the problem and the GUI password reset link should now be working properly.

If you encounter this problem after today, please let us know by sending us an e-mail to our technical support address (support (dash) tech (at) returnil (dot) com) and we will investigate ASAP.
