    i just came across this and thought it might be helpful for experts when they are helping people like me. o_O

    "Here's a neat little utility for those of you who occasionally have to fix broken installs or help others with problems. Normally a person has to enter into the DOS command line to register or unregister dll's. This tool does it from a nice GUI."
