    Hi Penny,

    Not that bad at all.
    Check the following items in HijackThis.
    Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    O8 - Extra context menu item: LimeShop Preferences - file://C:\Program Files\LimeShop\System\Temp\limeshop_script0.htm

    O16 - DPF: {41F17733-B041-4099-A042-B518BB6A408C} - http://a1408.g.akamai.net/7/1408/9955/20031016/akamai.info.apple.com/iTunes4/WW/win/061-0848.20031022.TtzS4/iTunesSetup.exe

    Then reboot and delete:
    C:\Program Files\LimeShop <= entire folder

    Regards,

    Pieter

    Thanks, Pieter for checking this log for me. I'll run over to their house this afternoon and take care of things. Hoping to keep their computer free of "bad" things and running smoothly. You guys are all so knowledgeable and helpful. I truly appreciate it.

    Penny
