Theres image viewers such as Inzomia Viewer and Pictomio that use your graphics card for displaying images.

Has anyone tried them? Are they fast?

I just tried out pictomio and i'm quite impressed. Compared to what i normally use its definitely some nice eye candy with the smooth moving and zooming and the carousel viewing option looks great. It performs well on my system but then again i have an 8800 gtx so i'm not surprised.

I can't see my pictures.i guess its a nice one but NO support for RAW files from the camera vendors.

A serious viewer/editor with support for RAWS,Adobe DNG !! and meta tags and i think the best freeware in existence today and used by proffs and amateurs alike is.
