    Belgian minute pancakes:

    Ingredients:
    200 gram selfrising flour
    1/2 liter milk
    30 gram fine sugar
    1 small vanilla pack
    4 eggs

    How to?:
    - Sift the flour in a bowl and mix with the sugar
    - Make a hole in the middle of the flour, where you mix slowly the eggs and the milk
You'll have to mix slowly untill it becomes a homogeneous mass.

After this has been done, melt some fatt in a pan untill it becomes hot and bake the batter.
    Don't forget to turn!

Eat it with brown suger, white sugar, marmelade or whatever you like.

    Pancakes Belle Helène:
Same as above, but when serving add a boll of icecream, a hot pear
Cover with a second pancake and pour some hot chocolate on top

    Chocolate sauce:
    - boil 1 dl of milk and add 50 gram of sugar as well as 100 gram of chocolate
    - take it from the fire and mix an egg and a little butter

    That's it.

    Bon appétit ;)

:D Ok! since my wife does all the cooking...
    1. Get your favorite kind of "Frozen Apple Concentrate" the big 12oz size.
    Has to make 2 quarts.
    2. Measure 6 cups Sugar ( Raw or Refined )
    3. 1 - 1oz Cube of Brewers Yeast ( not bakers, Brewers ) this is important.

In a 1 Gallon ( ? 3 liter ? ) Jug with small opening at top, mix all ingredients together and fill rest of jug with water, to about 1" from top.
Place small rubber balloon on top of jug, invert jug one time and then place in cool dark closet for a period of 90 days or until balloon loses it's air. If the balloon deflates try inverting one more time to work yeast. If that doesn't work just go ahead and drink you Apple Cider.
If you make the 90 day mark, don't drive after drinking.
If you make 180 days, don't get up.
An OLD family recipe for hard cider, the longer the balloon stays full of air the better it is.

    hi dog
heres one for mud potatoes for a stone pit barbucue:

start with a pail of good dirt
add a small amount of water squishing it with hands to a dough like texture
encase the potato in a thick protective shell of sticky mud
with tongs carefully place the potatoes on the glowing coals
in an hour and a half their ready
take them from the fire and tap them gently-the hard mud cracks off clean as a whistle
top with a hunk of butter and a sprinkle of salt
    enjoy

 Wildman's kicked up tuna salad: Mix all the following in a bowl.

Small can tuna (in spring water) well drained. (6 oz).

1 tsp Dijon mustard or creole mustard

    1 tsp white wine

    1 tsp Worcester sauce

2 tsp (heaping) dill pickle relish

    1/8 tsp lemon peeper

    1/8 tsp onion powder

    2 tsp mayonnaise

Goes well on toasted rye bread and hot peeper jack cheese.

Variation on this: 1 tsp soy sauce rather than the Worcester sauce.

2 tsp (heaping) sweet pickle relish rather than the dill.

    Thanks
    wildman

Add these powdery nuggets of perfection to your holiday dessert table.

What You Need: 1 bag MILKY WAY® Brand Milk Chocolate Covered Caramels
1 18-oz. roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    1 cup ground pecans
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup confectioner's sugar
    2 non-stick cookie sheets

    What To Do:
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Unwrap 18 MILKY WAY® Brand Milk Chocolate Covered Caramels; set aside.
    3. Combine the cookie dough, flour, cocoa powder, pecans and cinnamon; knead until smooth.
    4. Divide the dough into 36 pieces, each about the diameter of a quarter. Cut the MILKY WAY® Brand Milk Chocolate Covered Caramels in half, and tuck one piece into the center of each piece of cookie dough. Roll the dough into balls, completely covering the candy. Place the balls on a non-stick cookie sheet.
    5. Bake for 15-17 minutes.
    6. Roll the warm cookies in confectioner's sugar to coat them.

    Makes 36 nuggets
    ps-
Paint your Christmas cookies with some wonderful holiday colors!
Mix up an edible food paint out of corn syrup and a few drops of food coloring. Then, get the kids to paint each cookie with a model paint brush while they're still warm!

well i mentioned this on a thread here earler but will do so again

    Stir Fry Bud

    1 Red Pepper
    1 Green Pepper
    1 Yellow Pepper
    1/2 small onion
    butter
    herbal seasoning of your choice

Slice the peppers lengthwise into strips about 1/2-3/4 inch wide.
    Chop the onion.
Throw everything together in a skillet with the butter and saute.
    Serve over rice.
    Wait an hour.
    ENJOY!

tip: It's best to use real butter because herbal seasonings are fat soluble. You want the butter to carry the goodies. Use of a vegetable-oil-based margarine won't work as well. If you're cooking this with friends, take turns standing over the skillet stirring the veggies and seasonings. You don't want one person to have all the fun, as the vapors can be quite intense. :)

o_O O.K., this one sounds yucky, but it is good, if you can get over the visual picture it conjures up.

Chunky style peanut butter (can use smooth, but not as good) and mayonnaise on toasted whole wheat toast.

    Thanks
    wildman

Nothing wrong with peanut butter. That reminds me, I have some roasted peanuts in the kitchen. Be right back!
