Think it's a horrible idea but I do have the #1 solution - don't use "GMail"

What's to stop Google from harvesting all those email addys and then selling them to spammers?? I tried to warn a few on another forum about this but all they can see is extra storage because they hate OE. They can't wait to download the program. Wanna bet it won't be soon afterwards the whining & complaining will begin. Oh well!! In OE it is a matter of learning how to put security in place and OE works just fine....it does for me and has for the last couple of years when I smartened up, well I like to think I did!! :D

Who in all of Creation needs a Gig's worth of email? I mean, I'm a world-class packrat (Form 1040As from '79? Got 'em!), but THAT scares me!

It doesn't sound like something I would want to use.

    Hi

I think it out right wrong.

In the UK if some open your mail and uses any thing in it to gain some advantaged or added a precursory they would be breaking the law.

The same should be applied here with Email's. If some one alter it in anyway it should be made a criminal offense globally, unless done for security reason's.
