   I just tried. They report on global results for a large area. If there's more than one ISP, you can compare, though I didn't see that button on a computer, just on a tablet. That's how it looks. Read the methodology link to gather what the plot is based on. It's fuzzy really as it doesn't show streaming quality or somehow they merged the two concepts.
