    Hi Zak :)

Gtalk used the XMPP (5222, 5223) + the standard ports 80 (Http) and 443(HttpS) ...

Normally all these ports are managed by the general rule "Allow most common Internet applications"...

Here I give you a specific rule for the XMPP ports and Gtalk.
These ports will be checked by the specific rule, the other 80 and 443 by the general rule... See the idea ?

1- Rename the rule by removing the .TXT
2- Import that rule in LNS
3- Put this rule for XMPP just before the general rule "Allow common Internet applications"
4- click on the rule to edit and click on "applications..." button to add Gtalk program in it... save, ok.
5- check the first column of this rule to enabled it
    6- Save and apply

    reboot, Try Gtalk.

    :)

    Hi Zak :)

Launch Gtalk and LNS will ask you if you authorised it...

Or, go to the Application filter and add the application manually.

    Gtalk is there:

    "C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe"

    :)
