    Google's ads aren't intrusive, and they're probably the fastest ads on the internet, so they likely fall under the ABP rules for nonintrusive ads.

    Well Mr. gizmodo is in no position to talk about others ! I know for a FACT that in @ least the early years of 2000 he was approaching AV vendors etc, & promising to write good reviews, if they paid him. Some did, & he did !

    Doesn't intrusive usually imply of privacy? ABP is still working on their rules for that.
