Not a storm in a tea-pot I would think but a very real concern. Life is challenging enough as it is without having to contend with this sort of thing. Also, I am surprised there are no comments here (apart from my own) after having been posted for almost 12 hours. Perhaps folks do not want to spend the time to read the linked to blog, or perhaps there is a suspicion that the post was done by someone associated with the linked to software package.

 

Or maybe Google is not stealing your web ...?

Scary, indeed. This is the kind of thing that just begs for appropriate international legislation and cooperation, no mater how distasteful we otherwise find the "big brother's watching" thing.

 

Then wait for the inappropriate (inter)national legislation.
