    Welcome....... BUT. Why oh why oh why are we then expecting application coders (presumably) to write in unsafe languages that were part of the problem in the first place? While C++ CAN be used fairly safely (combined with compiler switches), it's frequently not. Why are we not seeing demonstrable validity in code which handles crypto and real-world libraries?

    In addition, this does not solve the secrets in memory issue that Meltdown and Spectre raise.
