Google Chrome 45 downloading files quirk

    Win 10 64
    Google Chrome 45

    Try downloading anything... try to download that 2-3 times & everytime click cancel on the download window. Check the download folder... there will be tmp file with 0 bytes.
    If you dont get the above scenario... try couple more links... try to download each link 2-3 times & click cancel on download window everytime.

    Can anyone confirm?

    I've been using versions of 360 Extreme Explorer using Chromium 45 for the last three weeks and have not had such an issue. But, I don't use Chrome itself.
