    Or, you know, if you're not famous and kick the bucket, your friends, family and co-workers will hopefully understand that you won't be using that account now. And, if you're famous, the media will let everyone know that your Twitter and Facebook and everything else is going to be on the quiet side. I can tell you what happens to your data, Google keeps it and sells it to their partners, no matter what little buttons you push on the settings page.

    Surely you didn't think a little thing like death would keep Google from your data and their profit. Come now, Dave, you should know better than that after this amount of time :D

    There are three things certain in this world, actually:

    1. Death.

    2. Taxes.

    3. Google will find any way they possibly can to get your data.
