GOOGLE +1s how do i turn it off

A bit of a ranty feeling

I like google (ish) and i have an android phone
I got upset a while back about GMAIL and youtube being linked

I a pretty straight forward person, but i dont want my youtube surfing all linked with my email. it all a bit rubbish.
some people are very compartmentalized, i'm not really but you tube and checking my email are two things.

now the new thing is +1s by every google search result on loads of forums etc it say recommend this as "my full email address"

I am going to click on a +1 by mistake one day

I'm not some sort of stealth ninja but i dont want to leave my full email all over teh internet by accidentally clicking it

i read the google write-up and it was a right load of waffle

i'm getting a bit fed up of google taking over everything

i am logging in to check gmail rather than using outlook these days

Can i turn off google plus ones? +1 linked to my email

and what is it exactly

 

after i clicked a plus one on every goolge search result

if i dont have a profile does it not count if i click on it?

 

Just stop using any Google service.
