Can anyone recommend good portable software that can make a quick scan of running programs and/or other parts of Windows for malware?

I am looking for something similar to PortableApps.com's SpyDLLRemover Portable.

I am planning to use this on internet shop computers, so I could make a quick scan of a computer before using it.

Another vote for Dr.Web CureIt! - software that doesn't need installation.

It looks like HP doesn't require installation on HD so it can be used like DrWeb CureIt! i think, without needed paying for the license if I'm right.
