    (Windows XP Home Edition SP2)

I find the increased use of Flash on many websites very annoying. Flash pop-ups and the like.

Can anyone recommend a good Flash blocker for IE 7, that will allow me to block Flash on some websites and to allow it on others ?
Such software should of course be malware free.

Removing Flash completely is not my first choice, but sometimes I'm tempted.

    Thank you for the responses.

I'll take a closer look at them later.

The thing is, I'm always concerned that this kind of 'free' software is in any way malicious, or that it violates my privacy.

Especially if the product is on a website that uses a WHOIS anonymity service.

One word.... Firefox. Gives you options to block flash all together if you want on other sites but best of all. Has a addon called Adblock Plus. Kicks the flash ad's out.

If you are refering to Nirsoft's Website (although I don't remember any anonymous surfing apps), his website is one of the best sites of it's type on the web. Tons of safe, indespensible Windows utilities.

Thanks for mentioning Nirsoft's Flash Kill Han - I use a dozen of his very tiny Apps. but missed that one - agree with your above profile - 99% of his Apps. are (no install) stand aloners, which I far prefer.

    Development of IE7Pro discontinued.

Unfortunately the development of IE7pro has been discontinued. See IE7Pro Wiki and/or contact the (former) developers for more information.
