   OK, so I've always been suspicious about Cloudflare. The rumours about NSA connections. The CAPTCHAs faced by Tor users.
   
   But on the other hand, they do seem to be quite privacy-friendly. And they've made efforts to reduce impacts on Tor users. Also, Matthew Prince (co-founder and CEO) has said lots of great stuff on Hacker news. So hey.
