   If I want to go from a smaller SSD to a Larger SSD should I use hard disk cloning or migration of OS? I want to have an EXACT copy of my smaller SSD on the Larger SSD, but using ALL the space on my new SSD.

   You can copy with the option "Copy data and resize partitions proportionally".
